Regular Savings
- Minimum Balance - The minimum balance required to open this account is $0.01.
- Interest - Interest will be compounded daily and credited to your account quarterly.
- Service Charge - Three withdrawals in three months free, with $1.00 per service charge being made for each
withdrawal in excess of the minimum number. Telephone transfers count as a withdrawal.
Money Market Savings Account
- Minimum Balance - The minimum balance required to open this account is $2,500.00. You must maintain a minimum daily balance of $0.01 in
your account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.
- Interest - Interest will be compounded daily and credited to your account quarterly .
- Service Charge - Three withdrawals in three months free, with $1.00 per service charge being made for each
withdrawal in excess of the minimum number. Telephone transfers count as a withdrawal.
Health Savings Account
Health savings accounts are designed to help individuals save for future qualified medical and retiree health expenses on a tax-free basis. HSAs are used in conjunction with a “High
Deductible Health Plan” (HDHP). Contributions to HSA can be made by the
employer or the individual, or both - with caps on self-only and family coverage.
Who Is Eligible?
- Any individual that:
- Is covered by an HDHP
- Is not covered by other health insurance
- Is not enrolled in Medicare
- Can’t be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s
tax return
- Children cannot establish their own HSAs
- Spouses can establish their own HSAs, if eligible
- No income limits on who may contribute to an HSA
- No requirement of having earned income to contribute to an HSA
